"Your focus determines your reality", therefore the best investment in yourself is to train your focus. Let go of all your misconceptions about meditation, tune into your breath and get ready to find your focus. In this 10-day mental training, I will guide you into a good routine. I want to make sure you get all the benefits mindfulness has to offer. Each day we will focus on an aspect that connects our mind with our body (and breath) to help you develop a practice that works for you! I will help you get into some good habits with your meditation practice that will hopefully last. This go-to guide has taken me time to develop, it starts with just 5 minutes a day for the first few days (preferably when you first wake up in the morning) and gradually works our way up to 15+ minutes of mindfulness every day. We will learn to tune in to our breathing, different breathing techniques, to calm the mind, to achieve a productive and joyful everyday life.
