Simon Krohn er hovedlæreren. Han har undervist yoga og meditation i ca. 20 år, og han er en af de mest efterspurgte yogalærere i Skandinavien. Som den første i Danmark blev han certificeret på det højeste niveau inden for Yoga Alliance. Simon er cand.mag. i filosofi med speciale i Indisk filosofi. Han har bl.a. studeret på Banaras Hindu University i Indien, og han er forfatter til en anmelderrost bog om yoga filosofi.
